Great Tasting Smoothies

Texas weather is doing a doozy and spin around on us. Yesterday, I almost was fooled into believing it was Spring. But that didn’t stop me from enjoying a delicious smoothie.

I enjoy starting the day with a delicious smoothie! They’re convenient, easy to fix, and full of healthy nutrients. Smoothies are a simple, great addition to breakfast or a quick fix to breakfast on its own. A grab-and-go sweet, healthy smoothie adds to a fulfilling snack or a refreshing post-workout drink!

My favorite go-to is the Premier Protein Shake, of course, Caramel. I wasn’t always on the Protein Shake ban; initially, the taste took some time to grow on me, but I’m all in now.

Smoothies are not just a quick fix but a canvas for your healthy living transformation. With the right ingredients, you can pack your daily dose of veggies into a single, delicious drink. It’s a simple yet creative way to nourish your body.

Also, I’ll grab a smoothie or shake after I finish my fast. Right now, my intermittent fasting routine is the eighteen to six. In other words, I fast from eating for eighteen hours and then eat within the six-hour window.
