5 Family Fun Faith-Filled Activities
Celebrate Easter
Easter is one of the best times to spend quality time with your family and have tons of fun. I certainly enjoy it when my family comes together to celebrate Easter. While I’m not a fashion expert, I do like to coordinate a color theme for our family photos, especially for the little ones. Another Easter favorite for my family is, of course, going to church.
Yes, we celebrate the risen King Christ first with church attendance, and then somewhere in our day no matter what we eat, now where we eat seems to change each year. For instance, we might get together and cook at home, eat at a restaurant, or with an invite, of course, lunch at a relative’s house. The point is for us to come together, have fun and celebrate our faith. So, if you’re searching for a new idea or looking for a twist to an old idea I’ve listed five fun faith-filled activities.
Faith-Filled Fun
1. Attend Church
Easter Sunday church service is, of course, a definite favorite for most it’s indeed a favorite for me. After all, Easter is the celebration of Christ our risen King.
2. Family Picnic
Who doesn’t enjoy spending time outside with their family during the spring? Well, Easter Sunday is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun day at the park with the family.
Also, the park serves as an excellent place to have an egg hunt or scavenger hunt. Not to mention it allows the little ones the perfect place to run around and burn out their added energy from all those chocolate Easter bunnies and jelly beans.
3. Backyard Egg Hunt
Scavenger egg hunts include tons of family fun! With this, all-time favorite you can quickly bring faith to the fun by either making faith-filled plastic eggs with tons of stickers and toys or by placing faith-filled stickers on the outside of those traditional hard-boiled colored eggs.

4. Easter Faith-Filled Crafts
Springtime crafts are always a fun way of bringing the kids together to spend time. Since it’s Easter, add some creativity and make Easter baskets and for example, create crafts and include a bible verse.
Another example is this cute Rise and Shine inspirational DIY craft that I found from Hobby Lobby.
5. Family Feast
Gather your family and friends together for a faith-filled feast. For instance, each person brings their favorite dish and or drink. Add an Easter theme or spell a selected word such as Faith and each person brings a meal starting with the letter. For example, the letter F, so bring fish as a dish.
Conclusion
Find time this Easter to enjoy your family, whether you use one of the five fun activities that are listed above or something else the key is to spend time together with your family and have fun.
