I love smoothies!
I enjoy starting my day with a delicious smoothie! Now with this in mind, here are two of my favorite smoothies ingredients which I enjoy during the week. Smoothies are a great addition to breakfast, a fulfilling snack or a refreshing post-workout drink! Additionally, they’re convenient, easy to fix and full of healthy nutrients. Not only are smoothies refreshing but if you’re not a big fan of those green veggies then you certainly can hide the bitter taste in a sweet tasting smoothie, and that’s cool for the kids too.
As a stay at home mom, it’s no doubt my days are busy, and enjoying a smoothie is refreshing. Since jump-starting my transformation with healthy living, I drink my smoothie after ending my fast. Right now my intermittent fasting routine is the eighteen to six. In other words, I fast from eating for eighteen hours then I eat within the six-hour window.
Again, smoothies are great as a simple snack or an addition to a quick meal. Above all eating healthy feels good, and the benefits are excellent. Besides, I’m determined for this year to be the year of change and transformation.
So whether you’re aiming at eating healthy or losing weight, a great tasting smoothie can help.
The ingredients are simple, and you have the choice of just adding water or your favorite juice.
